Quality of teamwork

Quality of result is purely down to quality of people. Everyone works full time in and from our Gateshead Team Valley headquarters. Close communications coupled with length of experience (our shortest serving machinist has been with us for ten years!) creates an exceptional team spirit.

Familiarity with their own work and what others are doing gives people the flexibility to switch roles when pressure dictates.
On large or urgent contracts, for example, you'll find Ian Carr
working alongside the fitting team. He is always aware of and accountable for the progress of your contract.

Talk to him at any time, just as any other member of
the team would. If you need to make changes,
we'll happily accommodate them.
